It was a great success for the first landlord seminar of the year by Concentric Wolverhampton.
With over 40 local landlords in attendance on 30th March, the sold-out seminar featured Concentric's co-founder Sally Lawson and Compliance Director Dawn Bennett as guest speakers, alongside director of Midland Investment Agency, Martin Dodd.
Aimed at educating landlords on the important subjects in lettings at both a local and national level, our quarterly seminars cover serious content to help protect landlords and give them up-to-date information on any major changes, particularly in a time where the industry is currently 'under siege' both politically and legally.
This quarter, our speakers went deep into issues such as the current landscape for the Private Rented sector, a thorough guide to the legal landlords update, including Right to Rent and the Immigration Act, and a detailed look into the key strategies for dealing with inheritance tax on your portfolio.
Host of the seminar and Wolverhampton Branch Manager, Ronnie Robinson, said: "The first Wolverhamptons Landlords Seminar went amazingly well. We had three great speakers discussing a range landlord topics. The general feed back was that it was a great event and well needed for the landlords of Wolverhampton"
Bookings for the next seminar in June are now open. If you're a landlord in Wolverhampton and would like to stay in the know on the big subjects in lettings by local experts, please visit www.wolverhamptonlandlordseminar.co.uk
