Sally has been running successful letting agencies since 1990, but in 2010 she also launched a national franchise "Concentric Sales & Lettings", which helps others set up and launch their own property sales and lettings businesses. Sally's also launched a book, called “I’ve got this tenant” and this became an Industry Best Seller in just a few weeks, and she has also won, many awards, such as International Female Speaker, and has been invited to speak at many national conferences, including those organised by ARLA, RICS, the Guild, the National Trust, Agent Rainmaker LIVE, the Progressive Property Super-conference including, Wembley Stadium alongside James Caan and many more.

Dawn Bennett is a force to be reckoned with and can challenge (and does challenge) most solicitors... Dawn has worked her way from a negotiator all the way to setting up her own Concentric Branch in 2011, and to now being Compliance Director and Operations Director for the centralised Management HUB and overseeing the Letting Agency Branches and whole company. Starting her property career in estate agency in 2003, Dawn now runs many legal, compliance and procedural coaching sessions, for agents all over the UK, as well as managing a team of tenancy managers that manage properties for Concentric as well as many other UK agents, and ensuring compliant processes and happy teams...

Ali has been running agency branches for around 12 years of his 16-year estate agency career. He opened his first estate agency branch from a total standstill in 2012 and acquired his second just a few years later, overseeing both to maintain a healthy market share and reputation within their towns.
As a current Director of Concentric Sales & Lettings, Wolverhampton, Ali specifically runs the front sales office of the operation where he and his team are fully focused on new business.
