Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Moat House Acton Trussell in Staffordshire, the tension mounts, the music rocks, the champagne is served and the awards await their claimants… here we are at the Concentric Sales & Lettings Franchise Awards Ceremony 2016.
Concentric Sales & Lettings Franchise is a Franchise operation which specialises in the intricacies of complex residential lettings & property management and therefore trains its franchisees to the highest level, meaning the award ceremony, really is the event of the year for its property experts.
Although 2016 has proven to be a very competitive and challenging year for the lettings industry, the group has reason to celebrate as the network is enjoying substantial growth for the 7th year running, with an impressive growth reported of 22% across the whole group, with EVERY branch achieving an increase in turnover and some branches achieving as high as 43% year on year and one recording 800% on monthly turnover WITHIN one year!
The host for the evening, David Parker warms up the room with his anecdotes of the year that has been and the year ahead, summing up the plans and goals the group has set earlier in the day at the Property Exchange. The room is full of some of the major sucessses of the year, including the greatest achievements and some funny awards too.
The audience are on a high, the bells and horns on the tables are hooting, as Sally asked each member of the audience to pick a word… Their word, that will be their MANTRA for 2017, and then asks them to deliver their word with as much passion and energy as possible to the room. As each delegate delivers their “power word” SUCCESS, & FIGURES, UNSTOPPABLE the audience hoots, rings and cheers, to spur them on, the atmosphere is electric.
But then the time comes, WHO has won Franchisee of the year, top SALES performance, LISTER of the year and most GROWTH. Competition is always fierce at Concentric, with many competing for the trophies every year, as this is the mark of success, the badge of honour to show, YOU are the highest achievers in your network.
Top Lister goes to Rebecca for Sales & Lettings instructions at the Liverpool Letting Agency branch, Top Property Manager goes to Lauren from the Property Management Centre in Wolverhampton for outstanding and above service to the networks landlords, an award voted for by the franchisees, and the BEST Staff Member, went to the Hafsa Begum in the Newcastle office, for exceptional dedication and consistency.
The STAR award for consistency and compliance goes to the Coventry branch, who throughout all of their Lettings and Estate Agency services, always ensures the highest level of compliance…
The room erupts as the coveted TOP GROWTH award is announced, who will win this year?
THIS Is the award to show the most determination to GROW, despite all challenges, and as the winners are announced, the room jumps up in their seats the noise volume reaches deafening levels as Concentric Wolverhampton Branch is announced as the Winner with a whopping 43% growth in ONE YEAR, not bad for a 5 year old branch.
Ronnie Robinson and Dawn Bennett the Directors of the highly successful Sales & Lettings Agency stand up as does their team member Amy Proctor to collect the award, what a team and what a success, quite the dream team.
Best Concentric new starter goes to The Birmingham Sales & Lettings branch, Daniel and Neville were already trading under their own name, but joined the Concentric Franchise network in January 2015, and being able to offload their property management and client accounting, meant they could rapidly grow, and boy have they! Since converting to Concentric, they have achieved amazing results, managing to increase their monthly income by a massive 800% compared to what they were receiving before they joined Concentric… very very impressive indeed.
Theo, who runs the Plymouth office, joined the network in March and received the Rising Star award for really embracing the new lettings system and taking on board all the training he received. Lawson’s Sales & Lettings based in Wolverhampton received the award for TOP Property Sales or Estate Agency income across the group, having only launched sales 18 months ago.
The Coventry branch also received the TOP Acquisitions income with an awesome year for Tony & Lisa on helping investors buy property, and producing the TOP figures the group has ever seen, meaning that all that was left was the award for the Franchisee of the year.
The Franchisee of the year award is won on VOLUME: highest lets, managed units, income it is the most coveted award of the year. Competition for this award has been won by the Liverpool branch for 4 years running, surely they could not win it again….
…David starts to share the results, this year it was close, with 3 other branches clipping at the heels of Liverpool, but they are the deserving winners for another year… Steve Latham, Director of the Liverpool branch stands up to claim his award, the room cheers, clap and hoots, as the multiple winner receives his trophy.
Now the work begins, a whole year ahead, planning, growing, achieving and battling the elements, to see who the deserving winners will be next year…
