ARLA Licensed Property Management Team and Dedicated Tenancy Manager

The Tenancy Management for all our managed tenancies is carried out by our ARLA-licensed management team in the Midlands. You will have access 24 hours to your own online log-in account as well as emergency monitored out-of-hours numbers for your tenants. You will be allocated a property manager whose role will be to ensure both yourself and your tenants have a safe and pleasant experience whilst working with us. All of our property management team are fully trained in all aspects of property management and are there to help with any situations that arise. Having managed over 10,000 properties over 3 decades, there are not many scenarios that they have not come across.

Accredited and insured contractors for your protection as a landlord

Any contractors we use will be accredited and qualified for the role they are asked to carry out, as well as carry Public Liability Insurance, should there be a problem, and then you will be covered.

Rent arrears are handled professionally and we successfully have a less than 2% arrears rate, which we are very proud of and work hard to maintain. The rent arrears function is all handled by the property management centre.

Fully Bonded Client account for your protection

Our Client Accounts team are fully trained and will ensure that as soon as your rent is received, it will be processed and forwarded to your bank within 2 working days of being allocated your account. Therefore, you will never be left waiting for your money to arrive.

Concentric is born of the highly successful Lawson’s Lettings Agency in Wolverhampton.
