If you are thinking of selling your home, we know there are choices to make.
Onine Agents or High Street Agents – which is better for you?
Concentric Sales and Lettings is a high street agency, and we have always done what high street agents do.
Our philosophy is to simply offer better value. At Concentric we have reduced the fee but NOT reduced the services we provide.
Through our local branches we offer to provide our full, traditional estate agency services, supporting you from start to finish.
Our menu of fee propositions includes;
Pay on instruction for £895 Incl VAT, with no hidden additions. Everything we do is included. This is ideal for committed sellers who want no-nonsense service at great value.
Pay on completion. You pay a traditional percentage of the final selling price. No sale, no fee. Everything we do is included. This flexible option is ideal for sellers who want to test the market before committing.
Sell through auction. You only pay for the auction information pack to be produced (typically £270 Incl VAT, subject to conditions). Fees are paid by the successful bidder. Our quick, value-for-money option if you need to sell in a certain time frame.
So, why compromise on service to achieve a great value fee? At Concentric, you get "the Best of Both Worlds", with a local branch supporting you throughout the marketing and sale process together at a competitive price.

Your Customer Journey;
In recent years, the Rise of Online Agents has changed in the property market, with low-cost, up-front headline fees as their main feature.
By not having a network of high street offices filled with trained staff who know the local markets, their fee offerings can be reduced.
Furthermore, additional services, such as a For Sale board, accompanied viewings and sales progression reports, are NOT included and incur extra charges if wanted.
The result is in most cases a reduced service for a reduced fee. The majority of business is conducted through automated technology and remote call centres, with you doing much of the work yourself.
Some online agents may offer a local expert as a point of contact, however in practice many are covering vast areas and are not actually very local for much of their territory. Their involvement is often restricted to the initial valuation appointment and a congratulatory call on completion, with everything in between up to you.
Whilst low headline fees may initially appear attractive, the selling public ultimately prefer dealing with real people based locally, to chat to throughout the process and get regular guidance and support.
Online agents suggest that they ‘do everything a High Street Agent does’ and offer a ‘full service’. The reality is that you can often end up paying less and getting less.
