Your deposit is safeguarded by a government authorized Tenancy Deposit Scheme. At the end of your tenancy, it is impartially assessed by one of our inventory professionals, with your deposit being refunded according to a fair and strict code of practice. 

Allocated Property Manager during your stay with us

The property manager allocated to work with you, is your point of contact once you have moved into your new home and will handle all the dealing with yourself and your Landlord, during your tenancy so you don’t have to.

The Property Management Centre

  • Handle all maintenance matters and rent payments 
  • Keep in regular contact with you to ensure you are happy in your property
