Why do so many landlords choose us as their letting agency of choice to rent their property?
Local knowledge, specialist lettings expertise, continuous staff training and solid infrastructure for managing our properties means Concentric agents are hard to beat.
With us, you get the best possible mix: letting agents with first-hand experience as landlords and knowlegde of the local market, a dedicated head office that handles property management, compliance and client accounting so branches can stay 100% client-facing, and exceptional customer service time and time again.
Our property agents will market your property on the best-performing property portals locally, as this is remains the main source of tenant leads. Your property may also be uploaded to various sector-specific letting sites or social media platforms, as well as traditional print in select cases if this proves effective.
In addition, all our letting agents are local which means they know the tenant demographic in detail, up-to-date employment and business trends, new investment opportunities as they break through, and the active sub tenant markets (as in LHA, students or corporate lets). This means they truly understand what works best.
Many actively use social media, attend local council meetings and forums, discuss property issues on online forums and live locally too, so they are deep in the heart of the lettings market from within.
Online, Concentric Sales & Lettings is renowned for its exceptional presence, engaging in multi-marketing approaches to drive tenants towards viewing your property. We utilise as many of the modern strategies as possible, that many traditional agents have yet to incorporate, including videos channels, social media accounts and forum sites.
Any tenants registering with us can select to be notified by text or email when a suitable property becomes available, but because of our market leading software, we can guarantee that every tenant that is registered with us, will receive a notification of any property that meets their requirements as soon as it is uploaded, meaning no lead gets lost, and any property uploaded, gets applicant matched against all tenants registered instantly and they will all be notified, to create maximum advertising exposure and the speediest let possible.
Companies make great tenants, as the rent usually comes direct from the company and tenants rarely occupy the properties due to working hours and usually returning home at weekends.
Our agents make it their business to know who is bringing people into the area commercially and what developments are happening. Relocating companies want their staff to settle quickly so that they can get on with business, and our agents are happy to spend the time working with them to service this need and secure lucrative deals for our landlords. Because of our strict compliance policies, with insistence on safety checks for all properties in our management, we can ensure to any company that the property they are taking on is of exemplary standard and fit for their employees to live in.
Every tenant that enquires about a property to rent is registered onto our system and will receive alerts from us for the following 90 days for any properties that meet their criteria.
For landlords, this means we have everything in place to make their listing available to thousands of tenants, both in-house and on third-party portals, as soon as it is uploaded to our system. Landlords are also automatically registered for email alerts for when an active tenant profile matches your property.
Concentric Sales & Lettings has branches across the UK, including Birmingham-South, Liverpool, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Bolton, Plymouth and Newcastle, and also lets and manages many properties for national landlords that have multi-location portfolios, meaning that we also let and manage properties in areas where we do not have branches.
This is done utilising the ARLA network of 6000 members nationwide, who liaise with us on all local aspects of lettings, including compliance, paperwork and management which is handled from our head office.

As members of the official TDS scheme, we handle all the registration of deposits for you. We also negotiate with your tenant regarding the return of deposit funds, plus any deductions as necessary to return your property to its original condition should it be necessary.
To prevent any court action against you, we handle any tenancy deposit disputes by referring to arbitration.
In the event that maintenance or repairs are required, we inform you and either give you the opportunity to undertake the work of your own accord, or via our own designated contractors. Strict accreditation checks are carried out on all tradespeople and contractors who are deployed by Concentric in all areas. By our ruling, all contactors have to carry current and relevant certifications and Public Liability Insurances cover to ensure your protection.
All of our tenancy legal agreements and letters are monitored and updated as and when any legal cases change or there are any law changes. This is to ensure that any tenancy agreements produced are always as up to date as they can be, to prevent any issues in the future or in court. Our branches are fully trained in legal agreement production for your protection and safety, as well as the creation of a comprehensive tenancy file. The tenancy file is there in case you ever need to defend yourself in court and we pride ourselves in ensuring that this is as comprehensive as required, with inventories, EPCs, notices, Insurances, utility notifications and safety certificates all kept within.
We work with leading landlord insurance provider Homelet to ensure the best service possible to you our landlords and tenants. We are unable to offer advice in relation to Insurance due to FSA regulations, however a link to their services is available from our website.
Our agents are trained to discuss all areas of lettings in-depth with potential client landlords during the initial rental valuation, to ensure that any potential client is fully aware of their legal obligations as a landlord, as well as the agreement between us. We aim to educate as well as advise, ensuring everything is covered that a landlord may have questions about or has gap in their knowledge regarding. Due to their local knowledge, property expertise and system comparison tools at their disposal, agents can give rental valuations during the consulation, and in some cases even suggest alternative rental options or markets that would better suit potential clients.
The head office of Concentric Sales and Lettings is headed by leading lettings expert Sally Lawson and her very experienced property management team.
