Jack Khan, as well as being renowned in the boxing world as an Olympic boxing trainer, has been a landlord for over 15 years and during that time, he managed to develop a very strong management style. The result was that he was getting exceptionally low arrears rates (less than 1%) and it was during a conversation with a fellow landlord, who was on the verge of bankruptcy due to arrears, that he realised he could help others. He decided to launch his lettings business in 2012 with "Landlord Rescue" as a theme for his business.
